1. Agreement

By accessing or using BillUnsub (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

BillUnsub is an indie software tool that analyzes PDF statements you provide (currently in your browser) to help identify recurring charges and suggest cancel paths. The Service does not connect to your bank, does not use Plaid, and does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf unless we explicitly say otherwise in writing. Detection results may be incomplete or incorrect — always verify before canceling.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account or email.

4. Your uploads & responsibilities

• Only upload documents you have the right to use.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Do not submit bank login credentials; the product is not designed to receive them.
• You are responsible for verifying results before canceling any subscription.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans (currently BillUnsub Yearly at the price shown at checkout) are billed through Creem. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree in writing. Taxes may apply. Chargebacks for valid use may result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service, branding, and software. You keep ownership of your PDFs. You grant us a limited license to process uploads solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” We do not guarantee that every recurring charge will be detected, that cancel links will always work, or that using the Service will save you money. BillUnsub is not a bank, tax advisor, or law firm.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillUnsub and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or subscriptions you cancel or fail to cancel. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or risk to the Service. Provisions that should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply.
